Account Executive - Outside B2B Sales - 3PL, Shipping, Logistics
We’re building a new high-octane outside sales team for a
powerhouse logistics brand (our client) that’s been crushing the
global shipping game since ‘99. This isn’t a cubicle job. This is
boots-on-the-ground, knock-on-doors, hunt-or-be-hunted B2B sales in
the freight and shipping world. Think Wolf of Wall Street energy
meets FedEx-level execution, with the backing of the biggest
carriers on the planet (DHL, UPS, and more). Our client gives
businesses massive discounts by bundling small shippers into giant
volume deals, then hands those savings straight to the customer.
It’s a no-brainer sale when you’re legitimately saving companies
thousands every month. They’ve been ranked 1 in their category
multiple times, consistently top-100 globally, and franchise owners
rave about the model. In short: this is a proven winner, and
they’re in aggressive growth mode in the U.S. The Role: Account
Executive – Outside B2B Sales (Hunter) Locations: South Bend, IN or
Culver City, CA or Los Angeles, CA or Orland Park, IL or Chicago IL
or Waltham, MA or Boston, MA You’ll be out in the field every day
prospecting, cold-calling, walking into businesses, and closing
deals with owners and execs who ship anything, anywhere. If you
love the thrill of the chase, stacking wins, and getting paid like
a closer, this is your lane. Day-to-Day Thrill Ride: Hunt new
business like your life depends on it (because your commission
does) Run killer presentations showing exactly how much money
you’re saving them Demo a ridiculously easy-to-use shipping
platform that makes their logistics team look like geniuses Crush
objections, close deals, onboard clients, and watch the residual
commissions roll in Hit the streets, hit your numbers, get rewarded
like a rockstar Who We’re Looking For: Recent grads who live for
the cold call and the field hustle College athletes – you already
know what it means to outwork everyone Sales interns or anyone with
0–18 months of real hunting experience Young, hungry, coachable,
zero ego, massive work ethic You get fired up by competition and
want to be the top rep on the board You can take elite-level
training and run with it (the training here is legit next-level)
Must-Haves: Proof you can sell (internship, part-time, full-time –
doesn’t matter) Bachelor’s preferred, but hunger > degree
Ice-cold objection handling & negotiation skills Thrive in a
