Job Description:
RemX is seeking a sales hunter who’s hungry for BIG earnings.

handling inbound warm leads (with some outbound follow-up), consult
with customers, match them with the right coverage, and close sales
that increase your paycheck. Your ambition determines your earnings
and your future. Title: Hybrid Inbound Sales Consultant (Base Pay
Uncapped Commission) Business Hours: Mon–Fri 7:00am-10:00pm EST ,
Rotating Sat: 8:00am-5:30pm EST (8-Hour Schedule Between This Time)
Training Schedule: 9:30am-7:00pm EST (8-Hour Schedule Between This
Time) training may require full in-office attendance depending on
business needs. Hybrid Schedule : 3 days in-office/2 days virtual
after training. Guaranteed Base Salary: Varies by location (Must
live within 50 miles of corporate office) Caledonia MI 49316 Base
Hourly Rates: $18.00-$21.24 Blue Springs, MO 64015 Base Hourly
Rates: $19.36-$22.84 Warwick, RI 02886 Base Hourly Rates:
$20.67-$24.44 Plus: Average performers earn up to $27,300/year in
incentives. Top performers can earn up to $75,000/year on top of
base. 5% bilingual incentive available. Duties: Handle inbound
calls and promote insurance products. Consult customers to
understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Close sales confidently and maximize every call. Occasionally make
outbound calls to follow up on warm leads. Deliver excellent
service while educating customers on coverage, pricing, and policy
options. Cross-sell other product lines when appropriate. Navigate
multiple internal systems simultaneously while maintaining a strong
customer experience. What Makes You a Perfect Fit: A true
salesperson will demonstrate persuasiveness, confidence, and
competitiveness. 1 year in sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
License in Property & Casualty. A drive to work in a fast-paced,
performance-driven environment. Ability to adjust communication
style on the fly. Strong problem-solving abilities and
prioritization skills. Tech-savvy and able to multitask across
platforms. Passion for building a long-term sales career in
insurance. Education: High School Diploma or GED
