The Sales Leader will be the driving force behind achieving ambitious goals in terms of gross sales, generated margin, customer satisfaction, and market share in their assigned geographic territory.           • Learn more about our benefits !Where is the work:Remote in geography:This position has been designated asRemote within Geography and work will be performed in New England area under Northeast Region.What you will do: -Managing a team of 10+ Account Managers -Provide leadership for the sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity -Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance in order to meet sales goals. -Effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach Account Manager group to ensure continued individual development. -Establish, monitor and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching. Key objectives/metrics include: Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, and Retail development plans. -Develop regional business plan with leadership and management teams. -Accountable for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment, vendor representatives, etc.What you will bring: -Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs. -5 years sales and leadership experience preferred -Associate degree or 18 months to 4 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development in lieu of degree. -Team skills, both as a leader and team member. -Strong planning, organizational and delegation skills. -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
            Effective negotiation and Strong analytical skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Access -Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $110,000/yr and up DOE and includes a 40% monthly incentiveTotal compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
