One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENTJacqueline---s is seeking an experienced Maintenance Parts Specialist. The position will be responsible for all parts inventory, making sure all inventory is tagged and labeled, as well as working with Maintenance team to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

Responsible for all parts inventory; ensuring parts and accessories are available for rebuildsDevelop and maintain cycle-count programReview schematics, part requirements and special instructions to ensure that work orders can be fully completedAssist with planning and scheduling of maintenance activitiesWork with team to implement maintenance moduleRenew and Schedule all preventive maintenance service contractsPulling and filling orders from stockFollowing up on back-orders, notifications, warranty repairs and serviceAssist maintenance team with their ordersAssist manager with the inventory recommendations to improve fill ratePost packing slips of incoming orders and release backordersVerifying all internal requests for parts are billed correctly on repair orderIssuing credits for returnsIssuing and keeping track of shop tools Setting up orders for delivery or pick upAssist with parts look up through the use of publications and on-line manualsKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years--- experience as a Parts SpecialistA High School degree or equivalent is required.---- Additional post-secondary education is preferred (i.e. Technical or Vocational education) in areas of industrial engineering.Excellent written and oral and communication skillsComfortable with data analysisAbility to work independentlyStrong interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skillsA self-starter with a proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for reductions in downtimeKnowledge of working in a food production environment with food safety, AIB, OSHA, QA and GMP programsFlexibility with work schedule
