Our offerings span the spectrum of strategy, advanced analytics, planning, and technology to optimize the deployment of resources such as inventory, production capacity, and distribution networks while maintaining high service levels.What You'll Do

• Design and execute analytical solutions to tackle complex supply chain challenges
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to support supply planning, production planning, and demand forecasting initiatives
• Utilize data-driven techniques to optimize inventory management and improve supply chain resiliency
• Design and implement custom analyses in R, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Excel to address client-specific supply chain challenges
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and ZS teams through presentations and reports
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for supply chain planning projects
• Provide project status updates and ensure successful execution of deliverables
• Guide and mentor junior team members on supply chain planning concepts and analyticsWhat You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as operations research, supply chain management, industrial engineering, data science, or applied mathematics
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or demand forecasting; a PhD may substitute for work experience
  • Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as Aera, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and/or Anaplan is highly desirable
  • Exposure to supply chain resiliency, inventory management, and optimization concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as R, Python, SQL, Tableau or SAS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
