Overhead Door Company of Boston, a DH Pace Company located in Rockland, Massachusetts, aspires to hire an Outside Residential Sales Representative who specializes in building relationships and selling door and door products to homeowners. This position is responsible for introducing our current customers to products and services that our company sells in addition to the products and services they have already purchased from us. We sell, install and service residential doors and door products every home needs doors for security!Responsibilities:Analyze and diagnose each customer's Garage door problemsDesign customized door solutionsMake in home sales presentations that include product samples and design softwareBuild solid, long lasting relationships with homeowners in your assigned territoryIn addition to prospecting with remodel contractors and HOAs, you will be provided with a steady flow of prequalified company leads and marketing support to help build your territory RequirementsTwo (2) years outside sales experienceBachelors degree, highly preferredSuccessful track record in an outsides sales environmentStrong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customersMechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)Must possess valid drivers licenseMust have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skillsWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
