The SAP OTC Functional Lead will be part of a diverse and global SAP Center of Excellence team. The SAP OTC Functional Lead will have a strong understanding of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) module and experience leading implementation and support projects. The functional lead will perform key follow-up activities, reporting and documentation under the direction of the Vice President of Supply Chain. The SAP OTC Functional Lead will report to the VP of Supply and be matrixed to the Senior Director of the SAP Center of Excellence. Summary of Key Responsibilities - Manage the OTC at product level, reviewing and assessing OTC related changes and alignment to company's SAP S/4 system - Review and analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications from business users, support creation of to-be flows, configuration sheets, - Lead SAP OT module implementation and support projects, - Review proposed OTC module configuration and customization to meet business requirements, - Provide guidance and support to the project team members, - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules, - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards, - Provide training and support to end users, - Triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the OTC module, - Provide support and resolution to incident and service requests as part of day-to-day activities, Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP OTC module - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading SAP OTC implementation and support projects - Strong understanding of the SAP OTC module and integration with other SAP modules - Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is required - Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong knowledge of the Office365 suite, especially Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
