Job Description:

The SAP OTC Functional Lead will be part of a diverse and global SAP Center of Excellence team. The SAP OTC Functional Lead will have a strong understanding of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) module and experience leading implementation and support projects. The functional lead will perform key follow-up activities, reporting and documentation under the direction of the Vice President of Supply Chain. The SAP OTC Functional Lead will report to the VP of Supply and be matrixed to the Senior Director of the SAP Center of Excellence. The OTC Functional lead will manage the day-to-day activities of the MSP Technical Analysts and the SAP developers. - A love for fast-paced and challenging work environments where there is always something that needs attention. - Detail-Oriented . Overseeing the many different aspects of the project plan, scheduling, team coordination, and communication venues important to the project success. - Dependable . The SAP OTC Functional Lead is a key ingredient to the success of projects at our company. As a result, project managers and team members rely on the SAP OTC Functional Lead to uphold their responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. - Productive . Project demands are often significant and time bound.Finding strategies to automate communication, empower project members, and produce project materials with a sense of urgency and scalability is a key skill in this role. - Get Things Done . The SAP OTC Functional Lead takes direction from the project manager and then works independently to get things done. The ability to "get the job done" is probably the biggest requirement on a SAP OTC Functional Lead job description. - Tech Savvy . The SAP OTC Functional Lead will need to understand the basics of IT engineering and must be able to identify key project team members based on their titles and expertise. This is critical in resourcing your projects accordingly and promptly. Summary of Key Responsibilities - Manage the OTC at product level, reviewing and assessing OTC related changes and alignment to company's SAP S/4 system - Review and analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications from business users, support creation of to-be flows, configuration sheets, - Lead SAP OT module implementation and support projects, - Review proposed OTC module configuration and customization to meet business requirements, - Provide guidance and support to the project team members, - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules, - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards, - Provide training and support to end users, - Triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the OTC module, - Provide support and resolution to incident and service requests as part of day-to-day activities, Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP OTC module - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading SAP OTC implementation and support projects - Strong understanding of the SAP OTC module and integration with other SAP modules - Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is required - Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong knowledge of the Office365 suite, especially Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
