Additional Qualifications and Skills:
- Three (3) years of experience in a role with business process
design and/or operations responsibilities strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL as well as
standard Microsoft Office tools
- Must have an even disposition and be able to deal effectively
and politely with all people from all types of backgrounds and
experience and in all types of situations.
- Must be conscious of data security and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate problems accurately and
display sound judgment.
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously. Must be collaborative,
conscientious, and results oriented.
- Certifications/experience with Lean Six Sigma, Design

position will be based on our campus in Cambridge, MA, in a hybrid
work environment.SUMMARY: The AAD Next Generation CRM Program is a
multi-year initiative to re-invent a technology ecosystem used by
-1,100 Alumni Affairs & Development (AAD) staff to raise more than
$1B annually by engaging a global constituency. Our vision includes
an enhanced Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform,
streamlined business processes, and integrated data from several
enterprise systems. The program will execute on discovery, planning
and implementation at a multi-year program level and a tactical
project phase level. POSITION OVERVIEWThis full-time confidential
exempt position is responsible for the analysis of current and
future state business practices utilized by managers and staff in
Alumni Affairs in Development as they relate to the CRM. The first
focus for the Sr. Business Process Analyst is to analyze the
current state of prospect management in our organization, define
scope and collaborate with stakeholders to define the future state
of prospect management, and redesign business processes to maximize
efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging new CRM capabilities.
This person with collaborate with the Business Process Manager and
Next Generation CRM Program team on the RFP development and vendor
selection of a prospect management solution. The position requires
a good command of leadership and team building, business process
design, facilitation, operational skills, and a good level of
organization and professionalism.RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategy &
Planning
- Collaborates with Business Process Manager on developing,
reviewing, and mapping current business processes. Assists with
recommendations of proposed solutions and new business
processes.
- Delivers presentations, communicates relevant project
information to management and CRM team and serves as key
participant in team and stakeholder meetings.
- Identifies processes and tactics for inclusion in change
management plans for staff involved in new business processes.
Service Delivery
- Conducts interviews and assists with focus groups to assist in
analyzing current processes and identify future technology needs.
Identifies workflow issues and propose solutions.
- Maintain functional, project, and/or technical documentation
including but not limited to application overviews, requirements
specifications, processes and procedures, and user guides.
- Works collaboratively with the Business Process Manager and
Next Generation CRM project team under the guidance of the Program
Director. Execute project plans, escalate and resolve issues,
manage project budgets and scope, collaborate on training needs,
and communicate to project teams, vendors and key
stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison between Alumni Affairs & Development staff
who manage prospects and Next Generation CRM project stakeholders
to manage the development of business process, enhancements,
stabilization of business systems and implementation of
technology.The above covers the most significant responsibilities
