We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator-Utilities and Construction to join our dynamic, fast-moving operations team. Senior Project Coordinators are technical professionals excited to help Facilities teams all over the world implement Clockworks Analytics fault detection and diagnostics to run better, smarter facilities and more efficient operations. You will help drive our new customer onboarding efforts to help get them connected to our industry leading fault detection platform quickly and accurately, and to help our partners scale their connected services. Experience in the industry is required.

    Job PurposeThe Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) will work closely with our clients, partners, and internal operations team to onboard new accounts into the Clockworks fault detection and diagnostics platform. Successful SPC candidates will have great communications skills and be highly organized. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for creation and management of the onboarding schedule and will communicate with customers to gather data and provide schedule updates. You will work closely with Clockwork's Engineering Managers and Building Analysts to ensure onboarding is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Core Responsibilities - Track the project milestones and maintain the project schedule Escalate any technical questions to BA and Engineering manager as needed - Organizing, scheduling, and facilitating project calls including: onboarding kickoff, weekly/bi-weekly check-ins, and any supplemental calls - Regularly follow up with the customer on open items - Audit information provided by the customer to ensure it satisfies the request - Coordinate actions performed by the Integration Operations team - Maintain CRM and project management tools with up-to-date information - Communicate blockers, schedule updates, etc. to the customer - Coordinate with Customer Success at the completion of the project to schedule training and turnover to Customer The Ideal Candidate--- - Has an associate degree (or higher) and an interest or background with a controls or services company serving the buildings industry; - Learns tools and processes quickly and thoroughly, and strives to continuously improve upon them; - Can communicate effectively with customers over the phone and through emails; - Can effectively manage multiple onboarding activities, across multiple time zones and countries; - Is thorough and analytical with good attention to detail; - Can creatively help streamline processes and find efficiencies for continuous improvement; - Is comfortable working in an environment where work processes are still being established and constantly being refined; - Is motivated about changing the built environment with a new generation of tools, technologies, and business models; - Would like to work in a close knit, passionate environment where communication is key, and the learning experience is invaluable; - Has background and training in Six Sigma and Lean Methodology. Qualifications - Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable quickly learning new tools, processes, and technologies - Comfortable communicating with customer, partners and technical team members - Has an associate degree (or higher) and 3-5 years related industry experience - Possesses excellent verbal and written communication ability - Ideally, previous exposure to building construction, controls, or services-especially commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification
