Job Description
Senior Metrology Technician
Takeda Lexington, MA
About the role: Join Takeda as a Senior Metrology Technician where
you will schedule calibration, perform scheduled and unscheduled
calibrations and repair Measurement and Test Equipment. You will
also be the metrological technical representative for Lexington MA.
As part of the Metrology team, you will report to Samuel Taylor and
work with a variety of groups.
How you will contribute: You will schedule and perform calibrations
on Measurement and Test equipment insuring scheduled work
requirements are met You will maintain all documentation You will
develop and review Standard Operating Procedures You will deliver
accurate calibrations and documentation You will troubleshoot
system to instrument / component level
What you bring to Takeda: 3 or more years metrology experience 2
year technical degree ISA Instrumentation Certification Experience
calibrating temperature, pressure, conductivity, pH, mass flow
(liquid and gas) balances/scales Partner with internal customers
and teams on a constant basis Able to work Wednesday - Saturday
2:30PM - 1:00AM
Important Considerations At Takeda, our patients rely on us to

in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering
the quality of the product. In this role, you may:
Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear
protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This
may include additional hearing protection for loud areas. Need to
remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or
artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment. Work
in a cold, wet environment. Work multiple shifts, including
weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite
