  • Support the global strategy, key interfaces and alignment of Business Analytics for global Preclinical and Translational Science (PTS).
  • Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of Strategic Operations (SO) and PTS tracking tools and metrics, including nonclinical portfolio tracking tools, dashboards, and the service request portal, as well as working with internal and external stakeholder on the development and streamlining of business processes and job aids.
  • Implement instrumentation (i.e. dash board tools, databases) for strategic analysis, accessibility and information sharing
  • Support an environment that creates a culture of information transparency to allow data-driven decision-making by -leadership teams
  • Use existing data to visualize and identify future needs for leadership teams to enhance decision making
  • Define data management practices to ensure accountability to individuals that generate data - ----
  • Support the strategic and global guidance's for any data initiatives by providing best practices, data guidance, key performance indicators and metrics to -support greater efficiency, consistency and validation of business processes and decision making.
  • Manage the development of PoCs, and deployment of advanced technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools,ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    • Work with Head of Strategic Initiatives and the relevant stakeholders to develop, revised, streamline, and implement business processes, metric, and job aids to ensure timely deliverables, quality, and compliance.
    • Work with Strategic Operation Leadership team to -support automation and visualization by development and implementation of advance technologies.
    • Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
    • Analyze complex -business -problems and help recommend solutions.
    • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during analysis of solution.
    • Collaborate with various functions with the company, in particular IT/ Scientific Informatics to communicate operational requirements for document/data system enhancements and implement system changes.
    • Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
    • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
    • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
    • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
    • Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicate business stakeholders needs to project teams and Project Management Office (PMO).EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: -
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science, or a scientific discipline. -
      • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
      • Details oriented with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Ability to rapidly adjust to new, unknown, and/or challenging situations is mandatory.
      • Proven organizational / time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      • Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and influencing skills
      • Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Experience with system management, development and implementation of new processes to ensure quality data and documentation
      • Strong analytical skills and experience in processes, workflow, and metrics development
      • Experience with trouble shooting, problem solving, and risk assessment/mitigation
      • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities, priorities, and deadlines and willingness to broaden knowledge in complementary fieldsVACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:
