Job Description:

Our client, a well-established global retail company specializing in office supplies and business services is seeking a Content Specialist to join their team in Framingham, MA. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote) working Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a temporary assignment through mid-December with an ASAP start. The role offers free parking and a competitive pay rate of $25/hour. Job Responsibilities: Populate and enhance product content for all SKUs within assigned category Publish high-quality product content aligned with launches, catalogs, and promotions Maintain product hierarchies, attributes, cross-sell links, and search keywords Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Vendors, and Content Providers Support online programs through coordination with internal and external teams Serve as a content subject matter expert within your category Generate periodic and ad hoc category reports Identify and implement content process improvements Act as a key point of contact for resolving content issues Candidate Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with eCommerce product content and CMS tools preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Background in merchandising, marketing, or business management is a plus Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
