PharmaceuticalCambridge, MA About the role: As the OBU DD&T
Business Partner for Marketing & GOPPS (Global Oncology Product and
Pipeline Strategy), at the Director level, you will collaborate
with business stakeholders to deeply understand the global brands'
strategic imperatives, shape and execute joint roadmaps to define
how DD&T can activate their functional strategy. Join Takeda as
a OBU DD&T Business Partner to collaborate with the Global and
regional marketing and GOPPS teams to drive and lead the overall
Data, Digital and Technology strategy and agenda. As part of the
OBU DD&T team, you will report to the Head of Global OBU
DD&T. How you will contribute: Serve as the primary DD&T
point of contact to the marketing and GOPPS teams aligning
DD&T's strategy to business outcomes. Drives adoption of
DD&T operating model throughout business teams embedding
capabilities into business ways of working with clear roles and
responsibilities. Proactively understand the business strategies
and the technology needs of the marketing and GOPPS business teams
to determine short-term and long-term DD&T priorities. Ensure
adherence to architecture and data standards, promoting
transparency & collaboration. Manage the budget with a total cost
of ownership perspective, optimizing for business unit value Define
value and establish KPIs to track DD&T impact on business
outcomes. Build and manage high performing team with a strong
collaboration across other OBU DD&T teams. Ownership of digital
marketing and omni-channel initiatives at Global level to drive
scale and efficiency across HCP, Patient, and Payer segments.
Explore the ecosystem (internal, external) identifying current and
emerging trends and technology to drive innovation, incentivizing
data and digital proofs of concept and funding high-potential use
cases. Responsible for the creation and management of a multi-year
Digital Product Roadmap for the platforms supported Accountable for
strategy and operations of marketing technology stack, including
omnichannel campaign delivery schedule to best serve the strategic
interests of all Oncology brands and functions. Represent DD&T
in IBT (integrated brand team) performance and decision-making
forums. Support development of digital strategy for launch brand
plans; collaborate with regional and global marketing to gain input
and alignment on key brand strategies. Collaborate with DD&T
Data & Analytics team to identify innovative technology approaches
to accelerate marketing, omnichannel insights and analytics Minimum
Requirements/Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in
business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advance degrees preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in
digital marketing, omnichannel, or a related field within the
pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proven experience in a
leadership role, managing teams and collaborating with senior
leadership. Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and
omnichannel management and partnering with data management teams.
Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital and marketing
technology platforms including but not limited to Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Drupal, Veeva Vault PromoMats, campaign tagging.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to effectively engage with leadership and end
users. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital product
development with business strategies and marketing team needs.
Global Perspective: Experience working in a global role with a
focus on regional execution, particularly within the US market.
Travel up to 20%; international and domestic Desired Skills:
Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills with
the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and end
users. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to connect the
bigger picture with defined objectives, ensuring that decisions and
initiatives support impactful & sustainable success. Problem

innovative digital solutions. Project Management: Strong project
management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

use insights to inform decision-making and product development.

on leveraging digital and data solutions to inform and execute

practices. For Location: Boston, MA U.S. Base Salary Range:
$174,500.00 - $274,230.00 The estimated salary range reflects an
anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered
may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of
the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant
experience, specific and unique skills, level of education
attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and
the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they
will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be
in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the
job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term
and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to
participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and
