Job Title: Scientist - Single Cell Omics (Contract)
Location: 100% Onsite - Cambridge, MA
We're seeking a Scientist with strong wet lab expertise in single
cell transcriptomics and NGS library prep to join a cutting-edge
team in Data, AI, and Genome Sciences.
Required Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in single cell workflows,
including cell/nuclei handling, library generation, and quality
control
Proficient with 10X Genomics 3'/5', Flex assays; familiarity with
Parse, Scale Bio is a plus
Skilled in NGS library prep, Illumina sequencing (e.g.,
NovaSeq)
Comfortable using automation platforms for high-throughput
processing
Nice to Have:
Basic bioinformatics or data analysis experience
Background in immune-mediated or metabolic diseases
Experience designing workflows and contributing to peer-reviewed
publications
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality cell/nuclei samples for single cell assays
Execute large-scale single cell workflows with automation
Perform library QC and sequencing
Collaborate with biologists to design and troubleshoot
experiments
Document and communicate procedures across teams
Note:
100% onsite
Must have recent wet lab experience in single cell
transcriptomics
No spatial transcriptomics required
