A company is looking for a Lead, People Business Partner (East
Coast Only).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business
objectives using data analytics
Lead projects and serve as an interim people manager, overseeing
people-centric initiatives
Drive organizational excellence through talent management practices
and leadership development initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience with a proven ability to drive results in
complex environments
Experience managing a team and leading complex, multi-stakeholder
initiatives
Strategic mindset with a proven ability to align people initiatives
with business objectives
Expertise in implementing and optimizing HRIS and analytics
platforms
Knowledge of US, Irish, and international labor laws
