About the role
Under general supervision, performs basic Laboratory Technical
Services (LTS) functions that support the customer's research and
development community. Services can include but are not limited to
daily system checks, user calibrations, reagent preparation,
material/supply staging.

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. Minimum one-year
related experience or equivalent work experience.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Laboratory Coordinator
position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the
Laboratory Coordinator position is $67,000 annually. The
compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their
skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the
following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance,
Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
