Job brief:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success professional to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the SaaS cycle-from onboarding to ongoing renewal-as we expand our client base into new verticals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an emerging customer success operation within a fast-growing organization. - This position will report directly to the General Manager, Immutably--- Platform Products.
Responsibilities


  • Personally own every aspect of the experience and the success of Immutably--- customers-from onboarding, throughout the customer lifecycle-and create systems to ensure consistency as the business scales
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, and their internal advocate within Context Labs
  • Take a proactive approach to engaging customers and ensure they maximize the value of their investment in Immutably---
  • Collaborate with other Context Labs teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and successful renewal

    We are looking for:

    • 5 years of Customer Success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment (or equivalent)
    • An ability to explain technical subjects and their implications to non-technical people
    • A systematic approach to ensuring consistency and excellence of customer experience
    • Good at building credibility and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • A proven track record of measurably impacting customer goals
    • A passion for customer success and excellence in customer experience
    • Curiosity and creativity in finding solutions to customer challenges and using these to create best practices where appropriate
    • Experience in professional services (consulting, audit, etc.) is a plus
