Job Title: Scientist (ASO)-LC/MS
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: 6+ months
Job details
Candidate will work in ***s OligonucleoProduct Formulation &
Process Development group, which is a part of the Product &
Technology Development within Pharmaceutical Operations &
Technology organization. The group is responsible for the
formulation and process development of Antisense OligonucleoProduct
(ASO) assets at various stages of development in ***. The candidate
will be responsible for evaluating the impact of excipients in the
ASO drug product and conducting analytical testing by Liquid
Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). The candidate will also
be exposed to certain aspects of fill/finish process
development/characterizations.
