TakedaRESPONSIBILITIES Monitoring:- Lead the implementation of a
fit-for-purpose global monitoring vision and strategy that is
industry best practice and in consideration of Takeda's
organizational model-Grow the global monitoring program applying
digital technology and data, furthering automation- Remain current
on latest Takeda and industry risks and evolving industry best
practices in monitoring- Collaborate with local compliance
officers, ERM, Global Internal Audit (GIA), Investigations and
GECLT and lead GIA/Monitoring/Investigations forum-Create
enterprise-wide insights from aggregated monitoring findings.-
Close collaboration with the "E&C Data Science & Analytics" and
"E&C Digitalization and Automation" teams- Programmatic
enhancements-Lead regular reviews of the E&C Program following
external standards (e.g. DOJ/SEC/SFO) including the design,
improvement and roll-out of the E&C annual Program Evaluation.
Oversee periodic external program assessments- Consolidate outcomes
from risk assessment, monitoring, audit, investigations and Program
Evaluation to identify meaningful trends, areas for improvement and
root causes, associated recommendations and share it through the
appropriate governance bodies- Collaborate with our E&C
representative(s) at important industry associations to enbed
evolving trends in E&C programmatic enhancements- Engage and
influence GECLT and the business around E&C programmatic
enhancements to provide a structured, robust and consistent
improvement loop is in place to further enhance program maturity
and management of our risk profile- Propose recommendation to GECLT
and the business, and lead associated E&C programmatic
enhancement efforts to regarding the most significant trends and
prioritization of and addressing themOverall:- Maintain a close
collaboration with the ERM, GIA and Investigations teams, and other
corporate stakeholders and BU/BF/LOCs- Reporting to the Head,
E&C Program & Governance and sitting on this Leadership Team
making positive contributions and impacts- CAPABILITIES- Strategic

BUs/BFs/LOCs/sitesEXPERIENCE- 10 or more years of Ethics &
Compliance or comparable framework experience in a corporate
setting, specifically in the Healthcare industry- Prior experience
leading a monitoring function a plus- Proven track record of
knowledge of E&C Programs, in particular monitoring, including
understanding, designing and managing them- Experienced with audit
and compliance monitoring techniques, risk identification and
management, data testing and validation processes, training-
Successful in the execution of monitoring and remediation plans-
Experience leveraging technology to enhance processes- Project /
program leadership experience- People management experience-
