Cambridge Permanent USD220,000 - USD300,000 per year Hybrid working

  • Opportunity to build and grow biologics in the USAbout Our ClientWe are a new biologics CDMO that supports our clients in accelerated therapeutic biologics development and reducing the cost of manufacturing. We have a site in Maryland and multiple sites in China.Job Description
    • Identify new clients, develop relationships, and grow business in North America and Europe
    • Work closely with the CDMO leadership team to design and implement the right sales strategy to achieve annual revenue target
    • Maintain and expand business relationship with existing accounts. Respond to clients' questions and concerns
    • Support marketing activities and represent HJB in trade shows
    • Provide business and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions
    • Maintain a clear document record and provide regular and timely update to CDMO team and senior leaders of sales activities, leads/accounts update and revenue projection
    • Flexible to other duties as assigned.       • Degree in life sciences
      • Proven track record of sales and client relationship management track record.
      • Extensive connections in the therapeutic biologics sector and able to translate leads quickly to new accounts.
      • Able to develop and execute comprehensive territory business development strategies and tactics for a new entrant with minimal direction.
      • Communicate with clients at all levels, independently or as a team member.
      • Proficient in (CRM) software is strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Gmail and Calendar) is required.
      • Domestic Travel: up to 50% to cover territories in US and Canada, daily or with overnight staysWhat's on Offer
