and the Center for Reading Recovery and Literacy Collaborative seek
a Project Coordinator for Literacy Programs. The successful
candidate supports high quality Literacy professional development
to in-service teachers and administrators, both in-person and
virtually. Project coordination includes Share Point file
maintenance, communication with participations and faculty,
tracking attendance, Zoom support, post event wrap-up and other
data management. Position provides opportunities for acquiring
proficiency on a wide range of systems.Qualities and
CapabilitiesThe successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and
experience plus 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Administrative support experience in a university environment
desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, customer service skills,
and problem-solving skills are required as are attention to detail
and accuracy.
- Flexibility and the organizational skills to handle multiple
projects necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team,
under pressure, with time constraints, in a fast-paced
environment.
- Intermediate level proficiency of Zoom, Microsoft Office
programs that include Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint
and PowerPoint required.
- Proficiency with database management and customer relationship
