Job Description:
Position Summary:The Global Lead Rhinositis is responsible for
leading the development of the integrated HCP and Patient marketing
strategy for Rhinosinusitis indications currently launched (CRSwNP)
and indications under development, including the competitive
strategy with the intent to continue the best-in-class
commercialization approach initiated for DUPIXENT. This leader will
report to the Global Brand Lead, DUPIXENT Respiratory &
Gastroenterology.This individual will lead a cross-functional team
responsible for adapting and implementing the strategic initiatives
for health care providers, payers, consumers, and other key
stakeholders. This position will have direct interface with senior
leaders, Global Marketing, alliance partners, and agency partners,
as well as all relevant internal functional team members.Key
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Global Strategy in line with the Global Brand Plan,
for Rhinosinusitis indications in collaboration with our G10/Top 10
markets and market leads, making sure to unleash the full potential
of all indications, already launched or to be launched - CRSwNP,
CRSsNP, AFRS
- Collaborate with G10 markets and market leads to co-create the
strategy and key supporting initiatives
- Integrate competitive insights into the development or
refinement of the strategy and execution plans.
- Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs in
order to establish DUPIXENT as standard of care in Rhinosinusitis
and define and implement a robust plan to ensure the appropriate
disease awareness and education for patients affected by this
disease.
- Ensure that the Dupixent Rhinosinusitis HCP and Patient
marketing strategy is aligned to support the overall Dupixent
franchise strategy and Sanofi new assets coming in this space.
- Lead the development of the key messages for Rhinosinusitis
which also supports our position in Type 2 inflammatory
diseases.
- Lead the refinement and tracking of our launch readiness KPIs
in collaboration with our operations team
- As the Global Lead, develop relationships and collaborate with
key functions within the organization (market access, consumer/HCP
marketing, PSS team ---) and across the alliance, as
appropriate
- Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute
strategic planning
- Engage with key external stakeholders in order to ensure we
have a deep understanding of the needs of patients, HCPs, payers,
and advocacy groups.Key Capabilities:

- Minimum requirements: BA or BSc;
- Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Minimum 5 years in marketing
- Minimum 5 years of people/team leadership experience
- Previous experience in Respiratory will be a plusPreferred
Skills:
- MBA or other advanced Science or equivalent degree
- Previous biologics marketing experience is a plus
- Previous experience at country level is a plus
- Excellent people and communication skills, ability to operate
and influence in a diverse and complex matrix environment, and
ability to build sustainable social relationships within the
organization and with customers
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively
managing multiple projects/priorities on-time and within
budget
- Excellent oral and written communication skills enabling
