apply our CytoDriveTM technology in Cell and Gene therapy products
to control expression of proteins for enhanced therapeutic efficacy

clinical trial of OBX-115, which is being evaluated in patients

the Executive Assistant, you will support our Chief Executive
Officer and six other members of the Obsidian C-Suite. Reporting
directly to the CEO, you'll manage calendars and scheduling, plan
meetings and events including Board meetings, support travel
including expense reports, and provide other general administrative
support as needed. You'll be a vital part of a highly collaborative
team working to achieve Obsidian's vision of translating innovative
science into medical breakthroughs for patients. This position can
be hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site at our Cambridge
location with occasional support at our Bedford location. This is a

You'll help us build a dynamic, innovative, passionate,
collaborative, and successful organization focused on delivering
transformative therapies in areas of greatest clinical need. You
Will
Coordinate multiple calendars and
assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and speaking
engagements (virtual and in-person). Arrange for travel and
accommodations for the C-Suite, Board of Directors, and members of
the Scientific Advisory Board as needed. Manage expense reports,
ensuring timely and accurate submission. Plan and coordinate
internal and external corporate events including offsite leadership
meetings, Board of Directors meetings, company milestone
celebrations, and others as they arise. Partner with the Chief
People Officer to support recruitment activities by scheduling
candidate interviews for direct reports to C-suite members. Provide
coverage for office reception as needed for key events and
visitors. Support ad hoc organizational projects for the team as
required. Be available "on-call" for urgent matters as needed
outside of regular working hours. Develop strong relationships
across the organization and with key external contacts. Quickly
establish yourself as a trusted partner in the execution of all
responsibilities demonstrating exceptional organizational skills,
good judgment, flexibility, confidentiality, an appropriate level
of urgency, and grace under pressure. You Bring Core Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience. 5+ years of experience providing support to senior
leadership; including meaningful experience liaising with executive
teams and external Boards, partners, investors, or customers.
Excellent communication skills, including a professional
correspondence style for internal and external communications.
Strong PC literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office
products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams). Tact,
diplomacy, and discretion: you work well across all teams and
sensitively manage confidential information. A sense of urgency:
you develop an understanding of company and executive priorities,
and exercise good judgement to balance multiple requests and
execute the most important responsibilities with high quality.
Initiative, organization skills, and a "can do" attitude: you
adeptly manage multiple responsibilities in parallel and readily
adapting to change as needed. A highly collaborative working style:
you build trusting relationships, invite and share ideas and
feedback, productively challenge your own and others' assumptions
