Reporting to the Head, Investor Relations and Communications, this role will support Amylyx'
investor engagement program. A successful candidate will contribute to achieving the company's strategic global IR goals, including educating and updating investors and analysts about the company to achieve a fair relative stock price, during a period of dynamic growth for the company.

  • Partner with colleagues to keep up to date on current information and ensure consistency of messaging
  • Create and update investor-facing materials, including website, presentations for investor meetings, and key message and Q&A documents
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic investor and analyst targeting program
  • Provide support and coordination for an active IR calendar, including coordination of analyst group meetings, such as bus tours, conferences, and non-deal roadshows, and sit in on one-on-one interviews to track key questions and follow-up
  • Manage of 1x1 schedules for conferences, tracking, and analyses
  • Prepare background information on investors in advance of meetings
  • Engage with the investment community, including healthcare investors, equity research analysts, and investment bankers
  • Assist in developing quarterly and annual results communications, including financial results press releases, annual reports, conference call scripts, key messages, and Q&A, and other documents to communicate Amylyx' corporate story to investor and analyst audiences
  • Support preparation of documents for filings and disclosures to be compliant with SEC regulations (i.e., 8-Ks, 10-Ks, 10-Qs, proxies)
  • Review and analyze analyst research and models, communication trends and best practices, consensus estimates, peer estimates, industry trends, competitive landscape, sell-side research, and market-related trends impacting valuation and perception; summarize market sentiment on Amylyx and peers
  • Support the overall Investor Relations function, including assisting with day-to-day needs and long-term special projects


    • Bachelor's degree
    • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years of previous healthcare/pharma/biotech/finance industry experience
    • Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Buy-Side, or Consulting experience preferred
    • A clear and thorough understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance and the resulting value for its stock
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively tailor communication to a broad collection of external and internal audiences
    • Ability to translate complex scientific, clinical, and financial data into easy to communicate messaging
    • A strong understanding of investors' needs and priorities
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline driven environment
    • Knowledge of SEC regulatory requirements and disclosures; understanding sensitivity around material non-public information
    • Ability to adapt quickly, an energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor
    • An active and effective leader
    • A person with an insatiable appetite to learn more
    • Ability to travel 10%.
