With rapid growth in mind, CIC Health seeks a Senior Finance Project Lead to help our corporate finance team and the greater organization using financial modeling and data analysis to make sound decisions about launching and pricing new products. You will be the primary owner of the financial model, leading deals/transactions, executing pricing analyses for key company decisions, developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, building models and developing final recommendations for management. You will report to the VP of Global Finance and will work closely with the Finance and Accounting, Business Intelligence and Growth teams. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORKIn this role, you will be responsible for:---Fully autonomous financial modeling (responsible for conceptualization, design, execution and accuracy/checking) of new economic models for ventures being considered by CIC Health.---Pricing of new product offerings through new and existing sales channels, with a strong focus on building models for pricing and contract bids for health care services and related fields.---Developing of annual and ongoing budgeting & forecasting, having ownership of the forecast projections with variance analysis at the company and business segment level.---Working closely with CIC's finance/accounting team to integrate financial projections into the accounting and operational management systems.---Using models to make project level go/no go decisions autonomously while also driving discussions and recommendations to executive management on strategy and operational roll out where their input is required.---Actively analyzing data and KPI's in order be prescriptive about future client needs, financial performance and business model changes.---Developing, negotiating and driving partnership opportunities with third parties with an emphasis on decision making where appropriate, otherwise providing recommendations to senior management- excellent business judgment & "deal sense."---Building relationships throughout the company to enable identification of opportunities to drive improvements on current processes for rolling out new ventures and quarterback initiation/implementation of new ideas.---Analyzing financial results to identify revenue and cost trends at both a project and company level.
