Based on the program's vision and mission, the client has developed a clearly defined strategy that puts a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, the Responsible Business framework, and Behavioral Economics.About YouTo support our growth, we're looking for a Food Educator to lead one of our new flagship locations in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We have 10 flagship teaching kitchens around the globe and typically engage with more than 30K people a year through our food classes.In the Food Educator role, you will manage the teaching kitchen space and team, which involves teaching classes to our client's employees and their customers, and community partners, managing team members that support the program locally. In addition to taking the lead in this teaching kitchen, you will partner with local, regional and global teams to align on objectives and key results, working alongside the global Program Manager; other Food Educator; Marketing, Communication and Engagement; digital production team members; and culinary operators, to collaborate on class development and promotional activities. This role partners with the client's local, regional and global team directly and shares performance metrics and insights with these sponsors.Energetic Food Educator focused on making an impact: Leading our teaching kitchen, you will have the opportunity to impact wellbeing in our campus employees and communities, and be an ambassador of the client's Food Program. You are an evangelist of eating well and know how to engage and enable others to build healthy eating habits.Excellent collaborator who fosters expansive thinking: By working closely with our client within our account locally and globally, the Food Educator will embrace the client's global food program objectives and adapt them to their own local users, following the curriculum and giving constructive feedback to enhance the program.Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable with onsite and online formats: You are tech-savvy and enjoy engaging with your audience onsite or online.
