  • This position will be involved in all stages of vector production including upstream, downstream, experimental design, and production optimization.
  • Independently design, execute, analyze and troubleshoot experiments.
  • Provide various support functions in the Process Development team in the Global Gene Therapy group such as management of sample receipt and movement, laboratory organization, performing equipment calibration checks, ordering and tracking of lab materials and supplies, reagent preparation.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree (biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, or other related) and 1-2 years of related industry experience OR
    • Master's Degree graduates with 0 years of industry experience
    • Hands on experience and proficiency with either upstream or downstream production
    • Experience with Shake flasks, bioreactors or AKTA operation is preferred
    • Experience with cell culture and cell assays preferred Additional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
