Job Description:
Manning Personnel Group, Inc., is working with an early-stage
biotechnology company as they are seeking a Workplace Experience
Coordinator to help create a warm and welcoming workplace that
supports employee productivity and engagement through managing
office administrative and operational needs.In this role, the
Experience Coordinator will work closely with administration,
facilities, and the leadership teams to establish policies and
implement strategies that make for an innovative, and collaborative
workspace. This position will serve as the primary day-to-day
interface between the company and service providers, vendors, and
consultants.The role requires great attention to detail,
organizational skills, and professionalism.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the point-person for team members and visitors to ensure
everyone has an exceptional experience while on-site
- Manage ordering and stocking of office supplies (beverages,
snacks, health products, office supplies), replenish stock as
necessary in a proactive manner, maintain an organized storage
system
- Provide monthly lunch menu to employees, order and set up other
team lunches as needed
- Provide administrative support and manage scheduling as needed
to key members of the company
- Manage electronic and hard-copy filing systems of packing slips
to maintain financial accuracy
- Lead the Party Planning Committee
- Act as the first line of defense for our IT team by
troubleshooting minor technical issues related to conference rooms,
Zoom glitches, forgotten laptop chargers/adapters etc.
- Assist in running company-wide meetings such as Town Halls and
seminars
- Proactively identify areas where we can improve the employee
experience, work cross-functionally to make positive changes
- Play a key role in welcoming new employees by owning important
pieces of the onboarding checklist by coordinating with the IT team
for equipment setup; managing office seating plans securing ID
badge; developing first week schedule of first day in conjunction
with hiring manager; welcoming to the team on the first day,
maintaining employee records
- Participate in special projects as they come upSKILLS &
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in office
administration
- Previous experience in biotech, hospitality, or operations
preferred
- Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide
variety of tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all
employees
- Demonstrated flexibility and professional maturity to readily
understand priorities and anticipate needs
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver critical
assignments on time and within budget
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (ideally, advanced knowledge of
Outlook), Slack, Zoom and are relatively technically savvy all
around
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high
