achieve. IN A NUTSHELL... The Delivery Supervisor is responsible
for the daily oversight of Delivery Coordinators and Drivers in all
locations. Works directly with the Inventory Director and Delivery
Operations Manager on new processes and implementation. Follows up
and presents projects and new initiatives. Handles patient
communication regarding delivery orders: re-routes and
rescheduling, customer care follow ups, order-specific questions

www.liveparallel.com. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Follow NETA Policies &
Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state
marijuana regulations Oversees POS, and backend operations of our
private and state-mandated Seed to Sale Software in delivery
processes and functions Responsible for elements of inventory
tracking, policy implementation, process review, and compliance of
delivery practices Oversees product receipt/check in, product
returns, and expiration date management Oversees, uses, and
maintains all driver tracking and communication systems Manages
quality control recording and follow ups from the retail stores
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual audits of processes and
manifests for their respective location, while addressing and
correcting discrepancies, while collaborating with the Delivery
Coordinators about how to prevent repeat occurrences Record and
communicate on systems issues and support tickets Manage daily
obstacles and troubleshooting with teams on the road Maintains
shift coverage. Covers PTO and Sick days Maintains Delivery Payroll
and Schedules Responsible for Vehicle Maintenance coordination with
the Logistics Department Manages and creates development
opportunities and coaching to Delivery Staff Works with other Dept.
Supervisors on process improvements and SOP changes Creates
delivery practices that provide positive patient flow experience by
ensuring up to date information and consistent delivery operations
Handles patient-facing communication regarding delivery orders:
re-routes and rescheduling, customer care follow ups,
order-specific questions and troubleshooting Follows Long Term
plans set by the Directors Audits and oversees delivery menus,
postings and providing trending information to strategically
implement promotions, discounts and other potential marketing
solutions Provides training regarding safety and delivery processes
Manages the daily priorities of the team Other duties and tasks as
assigned EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING Age 21 or over
(Required) High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid
Government Issued Photo ID (Required) 1+ years of previous
internal/external management experience (Required) Ability to
travel to other NETA locations as needed and directed by the
Delivery Operations Manager (Required) Extensive knowledge of
computers, Point of Sale Software and technology resources
(Required) Previous Transport/Delivery experience (Preferred)
Positive, collaborative and strong work ethic Strong
leadership/communication skills with the ability to deal with
problems and resolve in a professional manner Excellent
organizational, statistical analysis, interpersonal, and
multitasking skills Maintains expert level knowledge of Seed to
Sale system, State Systems, and NETA operating procedures YOU WILL
