energetic and dependable analyst to perform routine testing to
support process development and help progress programs through the
pipeline. This individual will focus on molecular biology assays
with a development opportunity to cross-train and support
cell-based, potency, flow cytometry, separations and biophysical
methods as well. This analyst will interface with many departments
and projects necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner.Primary
Responsibilities:Provide timely internal non-GMP testing support
for various teamsSupport automation of analytical workflows and
qualification of automated assaysDocument lab work and results in
ELN and/or LIMSCoordinate, store, and properly handle samples and
retainsManage and track supply of controls, reference standards,
and critical reagentsTrain other analysts as necessaryEnsure
Instruments and lab are properly maintainedWork with many other
groups to support client's missionBachelor's Degree in related
science with 0-2+ years industry experience, Master's Degree in
related science with 0+ years industry experienceBasic lab skills -
pipetting, serial dilutions, molar calculations, buffer
preparation, etc.Proficient with Microsoft OfficeHighly organized
team player with excellent oral and written communication
skillsSelf-motivated, detail oriented, and can manage multiple
laboratory activitiesAdaptable to a fast-paced environment with
frequently changing prioritiesThe desire to branch out and learn
new skillsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of biopolymer
(proteins, nucleic acids, lipids) scienceExperience with common
molecular biology techniques such as qPCR, ddPCR, western blot is
desiredFamiliarity in operation and maintenance of QuantStudio,
Wyatt DynaPro, Bio-Rad QX200 is a plusExperience with separations
and biophysical techniques including but not limited to liquid
chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, agarose-based gels,
silver staining, nanoparticle tracking analysis, dynamic light
scattering, multi-angle light scattering, micro flow imaging is a
bonusExperience with cell and potency assays, ELISAs, and flow
cytometry is a bonusPosition is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am -
