This position can be remote or located at our Cambridge, Massachusetts office, which is accessible by public transportation. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a communications professional with the breadth and experience to help us build an award-winning Comms Department. As a partner to the Director of Communications, you will support implementation of internal and external communications strategy, maintain digital properties, keep our stakeholders informed, and liaise with teams across the organization to polish reports and presentations. All this requires a creative mind, a storyteller's heart, a project manager's attention to detail, and a deep love of our mission to transform health through data. Responsibilities

  • Infuse organizational values and mission into all communications products and channels
  • Ensure materials reflect the diverse ideas and focus areas we serve
  • Enhance internal communications products, including teamwide newsletters and an internal resource library
  • Streamline and beautify communications assets, including templates, presentations, reports, and corporate collateral
  • Help support teams to develop more creative, data-driven communications solutions
  • Grow email communications program
  • Maintain digital properties (currently, primarily a Squarespace-based website) Minimum Qualifications
    • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience
      • A commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
      • A lens of equity and inclusion in all your work and behavior
      • Experience in copywriting, proofreading, and editing
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize Bonus Skills
        • Canva proficiency
        • Squarespace proficiency
        • Experience in public health, social science, and/or human services
