General Summary/Overview Statement: The All of Us Research Program
is a historic effort to recruit one million people across the
country to help build one of the world's largest and most diverse
databases for health research. All of Us is the cornerstone of the
National Institutes of Health's Precision Medicine Initiative to
prevent disease and develop individualized treatments that account
for differences in lifestyle, environment, and biology through
collaborations between researchers, health care providers and
patients. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a health
research program that truly values participant partnership and may
one day lead to the next medical breakthrough. Mass General Brigham
is proud to be a part of All of Us in New England, in collaboration
with Boston Medical Center. Already, over 442,000 participants from
diverse communities and backgrounds have joined All of Us. The

historically been underrepresented in health research, including

are included in medical advancements in the future. About the Role
Mass General Brigham is seeking a sociable, self-motivated,
goal-driven, and creative professional to join our Engagement and
Communications (EnCo) team. The focus of the EnCo team is to the
support recruitment and retention efforts for the All of Us
Research Program in New England by increasing awareness for the
program both within the hospitals and in the external community. We
do this by educating patients and the public about the importance
of participating in health research, designing highly engaging
educational events, and producing assets and communications to
recruit patients and diverse external communities to join All of Us
and stay involved for many years. You are the right person for this
role if you are passionate about establishing community
connections, well-organized, a detail-oriented planner who can
balance multiple tasks and projects, technology proficient, and
able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative
environment. This role requires excellent communications skills as
well as -demonstrated success engaging with diverse communities,
and the ability to be creative, resourceful and think outside the
box! What You'll Bring: - A deep commitment to and passion for the
goals and impact of the All of Us Research Program - Strong
relationship-builder and highly empathetic. - Understanding of
Boston's local context, issues, and events. - Deep knowledge of
trends, interests, issues, experiences in diverse communities. -
