Hey everyone,We are looking for an Associate Scientist to join
one of the industry leading companies in the Life Sciences market
located in the Greater Boston Area. Please reach out and apply if
interested.Description:The candidate will be expected to:1.Support
the development and execution of analytical methods directly
related to process development and cGMP manufacturing of leading
candidate.2.Lab operation: routine and non-routine analytical
testing, prepare solutions, maintain and track critical reagents,
coordinate samples with internal/external PD or cGMP Manufacturing,
maintain laboratory equipment, maintain laboratory inventory,
compile and present data to support process development and
stability. 3.Analytical Development: support the development of new
methods by evaluating and executing analytical methods to support
ongoing analytical needs.4.GMP manufacturing: participate in the
support of manufacturing activities at CMOs and CTOs related to
analytics including coordinating testing, shipments, inventory,
data review and reporting.5.Maintain well documented records of
analytical data, laboratory notebooks, execution of assays and
stability data.6.Technology Transfer: Participate in tech transfer
of analytical methods, protocols/procedures and know-how from
internal labs to CMOs/CTOs, or between CMOs/CTOs.Skills:molecular,
elisa assays, Assay, Molecular biology, Pcr, Elisa, Cell biology,
Cell cultureTop Skills Details:molecular, elisa assaysAdditional
Skills & Qualifications:B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry,
Microbiology, Genetics or related field and 2+ intern counts years
of experience in analytical development or Quality Control within
biotech/pharmaceutical process development and/or manufacturing
environment. (Molecular exp is very important, discipline is not.
The years exp can be from co-ops or internships.)Proficient in
molecular and cell based analytical methods including: qPCR, ELISA,
Capillary Electrophoresis, cell culture, In vitro cell based
assays. Experience with ddPCR is a plus. (The two vacated assays
are qPCR and ELISA. they do a ton of ddPCR work in house so that
would be awesome). Proficient in data analysis and study design.
Well versed in critical analysis of results and data reporting.
Experience working in cGMP supporting analytical
development/Quality Control environment with an understanding of
regulatory requirements and trends related to product
