Will research, recruit, and manage relations with exceptional leaders from private, public, and nonprofit organizations to create a community of excellent, diverse, cross-sector, cross-geography leaders relevant to the Economic Prosperity pillar; support the design of new and manage existing Solve Challenges; support Solver teams through facilitated funding, mentorship, and partnership brokering; build the Economic Prosperity community and convert leads and prospects to paying Solve members; broker partnerships between Solver teams and community leaders and create partnerships to advance the growth of selected solutions; work with teams across Solve on planning and executing events that bring together the community; source potential sponsors and partners to develop customized partnerships with Solve; take part in the facilitation of human-centered design thinking workshops and other Solve activities; promote new and existing Solve challenges and extensive networks for targeted outreach to find the most promising Solver teams; maintain databases; and manage interns/volunteers as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for some who would like to build a movement to address the biggest issues of our time. Job Requirements REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in an area relevant to Solve's work; at least two years' experience, including at least one year in fund-raising, relationship management, or nonprofit business development; a desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and independently; excellent organizational and prioritization skills; flexibility, initiative, and ability to anticipate needs; and project management training/experience. PREFERRED: master's degree and experience in a social and/or environmental impact organization.
