In this role, you have the opportunity to:

The Business Marketing Manager is responsible for a segment of the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) portfolio. You are responsible for the commercial business results of their portfolio, owning the go-to-market strategy, planning and execution. You will drive and monitor performance, develop and execute corrective actions to achieve our annual goals and strategic priorities.

You will own & contribute to:

  • Business P&L and delivering on financial performance commitments

  • Driving business strategy and execution in the market

  • Roadmap planning and execution with upstream product, service & solution teams

  • Developing local go-to-market strategies (segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth

  • Demand generation plans, including digital campaigns, call campaigns, events

  • Sales enablement, training & selling tools

  • Driving customer satisfaction and dedication in partnership with cross-functional teams

  • Generating locally relevant insights as input for proposition, marketing and sales strategy

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, sales support, clinical specialists, market intelligence

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Experience with P&L management including revenue and margin management

  • Successful strategic marketing and marketing analysis including understanding of approach & tools

  • Experience in sales, marketing, healthcare or medical technology products or solutions, incl. building customized value propositions to customers and markets

  • Results-oriented and commercial thinking

  • History of success in a complex matrix environment
