In this role, you have the opportunity to

As our Global EMaaS Solution Offer Manager work as a specialist, in a new business venture for enterprise monitoring as a service (EMaas). A key part of the value generated to hospitals in this model is driving offer iteration, innovation windows and release of solution to countries globally. You will be managing the EMaaS solution offer and packages, leading a cross-category effort in developing an evidence-based "Where to Play" and "How to Win“ strategy per EMaaS portfolio in alignment with the Cluster strategic plan

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Responsibility for upstream marketing activities for the solutions', including definition of the strategy and its’ enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally
  • Requirements management for roadmap definition
  • Management of business model canvas elements for solution
  • Developing our Supplier framework and close collaboration with suppliers on R&D to support the solution roadmap
  • Driving definition, development, and introduction of the products/solutions, including cross-business solution development of our customers by meeting their needs, including service and consumables
  • Developing and managing offer and package positioning  to target segments
  • Developing and managing competitive rationale for pricing strategy
  • Managing the entire life cycle of “as a Service” Offers, from initial offering concept qualification to end of life for an offering; including market activation and readiness as part of PDLM and ensuring completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting materials, etc.)
  • P&L responsible for Product and/or Solutions development of the business case to support new value creation
  • Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations

You are part of

Philips' Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM), Strategy & New Business Venture, Enterprise Monitoring as a Service (EMaaS). This as a service concept shifts the way customers consume monitoring systems across their hospital enterprises. A key part of the generated value to hospitals in this model is driving adoption and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 plus years of related experience
  • Practical experience with lean startup, corporate venturing, business development, product management/development, delivery, and solutions
  • Business model innovation experience or management of recurring revenue (consumption/subscription) type offers
  • Professional knowledge of marketing methods, type of market and used technology
  • Knowledge of P&L including revenue & margin management
  • Proven experience in defining and prioritizing market requirements to be planned for roadmap
  • Ability to lead through influence and to work effectively with other leaders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world
  • Strong ability to creatively problem solve

Your team

Enterprise Monitoring as a Service will be looking to you to collect requirements and analysis of global market information to mid/long term market developments. You will own key responsibility for managing the development, evolving “as a service” solution offer to roadmap innovation windows and successful deployment of new Service Offers. You will contribute to the portfolio marketing planning and ensure consistency in and marketing excellence.
