You are a part of:

The Emergency Care business and part of the NAM EC Marketing team and directly report to the team leader. This dynamic business brings critical, lifesaving products to the responders who need them. Our growing team balances direct and indirect sales channels to deliver capital, consumable, software and service products to a diverse set of customers. We nurture our traditional partnerships while expanding our digital and ecommerce capabilities and reach. You will be in a leading role to drive this change, working across the end-to-end value chain. The role offers an attractive balance of strategic thinking and hands-on activity, allowing you to own and shape this category.

Marketing Plan Execution & Delivery:

  • Help drive the Audience and Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan, translate and align with BMC plans
  • Supporting the Business Marketing Management Leader and the Business Marketing & Sales Leader for EC in the BMC process (products, services, and solutions) around the marketing enablers and marketing metrics
  • Manage exhibition and conference execution to drive industry leadership and opportunities with maximum ROI
  • Help manage 3rd party partnerships to ensure end-customer delivery of compelling solutions
  • Support account managers with local events and customer-targeting activities
  • Provide Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business
  • Understand customer segmentation and value propositions, provide feedback and tailor to meet specific market needs
  • Provide training on new marketing activation materials and optimize programs and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Product development, Sales, Finance, Sales Enablement, Customer Fulfillment, etc.
  • Build strategies for beating competitors—profitably—with effective use of competitive intelligence, based on customer and event interactions, share synthesis with BG marketing
  • Use in-depth customer understanding to develop a winning content strategy

Perfect NPI:

  • Support the Business by providing market insights and trends and reviewing the value proposition and global plans in the in the product development phase and localizing it for the market (Local Launch Brief)
  • Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch
  • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently research and learn new technology or analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with cross-discipline teams (web developers, IT, marketers, writers, designers, social media etc.)
  • Drive to take initiative and ownership
  • Curiosity to continually learn and optimize
  • Creativity and entrepreneurship, unwilling to accept status quo
  • Self-starter, adaptable, resourceful, and always willing to take on more
  • Ability to prioritize value added work
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex messages to both technical and non-technical audiences
