In this role, you have the opportunity to

create & deliver the best consumer experience across our online retail partners across by turning consumer insights into a relevant and personalized experience.

You are responsible for

•Work with ecommerce media leads to align and deliver against the category and customers needs for both the US & Canada

•Deployment and syndication of our content across multiple channels, internal & external

•Sharing market insights & hub demand back to global team for better relevancy.

•Actively monitoring & reporting on the performance of content on the owned properties.

•Deployment & coordination, incl. translation & localization, of (new) content based on the needs of each retailer

•Manage tools to facilitate work -Salsify for basic, ATF content and Syndigo for BTF, A+ content etc.

You are a part of

The growth engine of the Personal Health team driving marketing excellence to support ongoing base business health as well as transform the business through new business initiatives.  As part of the Marketing Team, you will work collaboratively with cross functional colleagues, connecting customer and consumers with personal care solutions improving health everywhere while growing as a business builder.

To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • +5 years of experience at an agency or brand
  • Grounded in user experience & content with an eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills & results driven.
  • Hands-on mentality and E2E ownership.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management.
  • Driving collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Profound communication, creative and editorial skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficient in content management systems, Salsify, Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.
  • Proficient in web analytics: Adobe Analytics and / or Google Analytics
