Director, Solutions Marketing

are looking for an experienced marketing manager to help our
scaling Solutions Marketing team to support our upmarket marketing
efforts.You'll lead a team responsible for the marketing campaigns,
products, and content for our upmarket persona. This is a highly
cross-functional role in which you'll get to work closely with
stakeholders across the product, marketing, sales, services and
support teams globally.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of marketers who manage Product Marketing,
Solutions Marketing, content, campaigns, and distribution, with a
primary goal of increasing MRR for our upmarket sales teams.
- Coach your team to orchestrate persona and segment specific
marketing campaigns and product releases, working with the broader
marketing team and other cross-functional departments to reach
millions through our various channels.
- Serve as a coach and a leader helping to develop the skills of
your team so they are able to drive business impact through
marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
- Act as a strategic thought partner for each of our sales
segment leaders, enablement teams, and product teams.
- Roll up your sleeves when necessary to contribute to the
success of product releases and marketing campaigns to drive
successful roll outs with sales, and impact revenue.
- Contribute to the development of team infrastructure (process,
templates, trainings, etc) that will help the team scale globally
and be more efficient.
We are looking for people who:
- Are experienced with midmarket and corporate customer and have
lead marketing teams supporting this persona.
- Have experience managing managers as well as developing a team
of direct and indirect reports at varying career levels.
- Have a track record at managing complex marketing projects
independently and successfully. Experience in sales enablement,
demand generation, and product marketing, is preferred.
- Embrace change. Things are constantly changing at HubSpot. You
need to be open to and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Are highly organized and have a high level of accountability
for the quality and outcomes of your work and your team's
- Are a strong presenter and communicator with experience
interacting with executives.
- Excel at working through complexity across teams to achieve a

space is preferred.
