Xovis was founded in Switzerland and does business worldwide. We also have an office in Cambridge's MIT-Harvard Tech Corridor that serves North America and upper Latin America.

To serve these customers even better, Xovis is looking for an individual to lead sales responsibilities for our Airports and Transportation products. We're looking for someone with strong understanding of technology and the will to go the extra mile to creatively close any deal. This role will primarily focus on building new relationships with prospective airport customers, and will also eventually include the Xovis transportation product portfolio designed for rolling stock. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology, commercial aviation, transportation, and entrepreneurship to build out a strong, diverse pipeline in a quickly growing industry.


  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective customers in the airports sector and other public space people counting sectors across the United States/Canada and LATAM
  • Work closely with large prospective product/integration partners and end users in the industry to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value that Xovis can add
  • Address and resolve any early client concerns with purchasing our solutions to ensure the best possible experience with the system
  • Liaise with government agencies such as TSA and CBP to educate them on the value of the solution
  • Market Xovis' technology using all suitable platforms; lead efforts to attend, exhibit, and speak at industry conferences, committees, and trade shows
  • Continuously monitor the airport environment and competitive market to identify opportunities to advance sales initiatives and address potential RFPs/tenders
  • Coordinate sales forecasting and budgeting functions with the Airports team and Managing Director
  • Realize and enhance company strategy while developing action plans and initiatives for North America in numerous sectors where people flow analytics can add value
  • Focus on closing deals and moving forward with implementation of the Xovis technology in several verticals
  • Collaborate with headquarters in Switzerland on technical and sales efforts, including trips to Switzerland 2-4 times per year


Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a selective university (master's degree a plus)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or another consumer-oriented field, including Extensive knowledge and experience selling complex technical systems
  • Proven track record of success developing accounts and preparing technical offerings, as well as producing successful responses to government RFPs
  • Outgoing personality and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A technical background and profound IT knowledge
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating new opportunities
  • Experience in airport operations or commercial aviation is a plus
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, both domestically and internationally (dependent on local, state, and federal health regulations)
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus
  • Preference for New England/Eastern time zone, but position is open to candidates nationwide
