At Bright Horizons, you will:

  • Be a classroom lead teacher while also serving as a teacher mentor and age group expert
  • Provide support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments

Lead Educators must pass state and company background checks. Experience and educational requirements include:

  • Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • EEC Lead Teacher certification
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
  • Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
