At Bright Horizons, you will:
- Be a classroom lead teacher while also serving as a teacher
mentor and age group expert
- Provide support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child
assessment and documentation, and classroom environments
Lead Educators must pass state and company background checks.
Experience and educational requirements include:
- Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or
related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan
to complete Associate or Bachelor's degree
- EEC Lead Teacher certification
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and
- Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
