The Bauer Core Facility (Harvard University's FAS Division of
Science) seeks a Research Core Scientist II to support flow
The Bauer Core Facility provides state-of-the-art
instrumentation and expertise to scientists at Harvard. Our goal is
to advance research efforts in the life sciences that cannot
readily be accomplished in the traditional academic laboratory
because of a need for expensive instrumentation, scientific or
organizational infrastructure, or multidisciplinary expertise.
Our technical staff consult with researchers to help them choose
the best technologies for their projects and to help them design
careful experiments. Researchers may then request that the staff
run core instruments as a service, or they may request hands-on
training to enable them to use our instruments independently.
