To request reasonable accommodation, please contact hr@.Draper is conducting a nationwide search for a highly innovative engineer/scientist with significant technical leadership as well as design and development experience in PNT and GN&C systems, including associated sensors, electronics and algorithms. Key responsibilities will include both leadership as well as a hands-on roles in the concept definition, design, and development of instruments and systems. Doctorate or Masters degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related discipline is preferred. A strong technical background in PNT / GN&C algorithms and electronics is highly desired. The candidate must have significant experience in leading complex instrument or system development pursuits in relevant technical areas. The candidate must be capable of creating and utilizing system simulations in MATLAB, C++, Python, etc. as well as HWIL platforms. The candidate must be self-motivated and must thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
