Join Our Growing Customer Marketing Team The Global Customer Marketing team is focused on extending customer lifetime value " from onboarding to advocacy. The team is responsible for understanding the customer lifecycle journey using advanced analytics and data, delivering strategic cross-sell programs and enabling our customers to be powerful advocates. We work with Customer Success, CX, and Sales to deliver impactful customer experiences and business results. Partner with the best As a Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy, you will lead scaling and managing our global Customer Advocacy program and team. These programs are used to collect invaluable third-party validation and nurture global advocates. Our customers' voices are used in our sales and marketing efforts and shared with press, analysts, and investors. As a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading the Customer Advocacy team and program Developing strategies for increasing and promoting customer testimonials and engagement, both internally and externally Managing and optimizing our advocacy platform, including developing a strategy to attract new members and higher engagement from participants through program execution Developing and managing our sales reference program to help accelerate sales cycles Working cross-functionally supporting Customer Advocacy with key programs, such as Earnings Calls and marketing events Tracking and measuring program success Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, another related field or its equivalent Have experience leading a team successfully; remote leadership experience preferred Have understanding of customer marketing and engagement data and how to use it to improve advocacy programs Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer outreach, engagement, nurturing and attaining results in previous roles Have experience in a matrixed marketing environment with high-growth, innovation, and an emphasis on technology Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
