Infotree prides itself in our proven track record and innovative culture with 100% focus on the employees and customersJob DescriptionPlease rush your resumes at [email protected]or feel free to reach me at (857) 226-2871.Description:Responsibilities: Provide support related to goals and objectives of the recruitment strategy Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team by serving as a primary scheduling liaison for candidates and internal clients globally Negotiate times and schedules to organize candidate interviews, including oversight of travel details and communications between candidates and vendor Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain Interview Itineraries consists of accurate information for a successful visit Partner with Employee Engagement to ensure onboarding activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner Partner with Talent Leadership to plan events and embed client Employee Value Proposition and Branding within communication plans Participate in social media recruitment strategy and execution Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional partners (HR Business Partners, Compensation, Operations, Executive Assistants and others) Manage invoicing and reporting activities related to Talent, ensuring client and governing compliance is honoredRequirements: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred At least 3 years of administrative support experience with a minimum year experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Staffing Ability to deliver results, demonstrate a high sense of business acumen, foster collaboration and teamwork and engage and inspire others Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Workday ATS, Concur and Ariba or other expense reporting and invoice management systems is preferred Superior time management, organization and prioritization skills Proven capability to work independently and on a cross-site team Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision and exhibit ability to make quick decisions Ability to analyze current procedures and offer suggestions for improvements Possess strong customer service skills exhibiting willingness to assist candidates and hiring mangers with interview and hiring procedures Maintain strong relationship with new hires through start date and be available to assist with questions that arise.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
