Divinity School 53453BR Job Summary Working as a member of a
three-person team and reporting to the Registrar, the Coordinator
of Course Enrollment and Classroom Scheduling works with students,
faculty and staff at HDS, other Harvard schools, and the Boston
Interreligious Theological Consortium (BTI). The Coordinator
manages the enrollment and grading processing and reporting for
cross-registered and non-degree students, is the primary point of
contact for HDS class scheduling, coordinates the HDS course
evaluation process, and has primary oversight for the production of
the annual HDS Handbook for Students.
-- Job-Specific Responsibilities
- Manages enrollment processes related to cross-registration
between HDS and BTI, including onboarding and enrollment of
students; liaison between HDS and BTI registrars; creation of
enrollment and grading reporting to BTI schools; auditing and
reconciliation of enrollments.
- Manages inquiries from external non-degree students (class
auditors and Tuition Assistance Program).
- Acts as liaison between Registrar's Office and registrar office
staff at other Harvard schools to answer questions and resolve
issues related to cross-registration between Harvard schools.
- Maintains enrollment records of external non-degree
- Creation of grade reports; responsibility for follow up on
missing and incomplete grades.
- Schedules classroom space for courses held on the HDS campus,
using EMS RoomBook system.
- Using course evaluation software, manages setup each semester
of HDS course evaluation system, including survey questions,
communication to students, and release of final reporting to
- On an annual basis, using desktop publishing software, is
responsible for updating the HDS Handbook for Students, insuring
accuracy of information, and coordinates production of Handbook for

payment. Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant work experience. Education beyond high
school may count toward experience. Additional Qualifications and
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office suite,
including: Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience with student information software
- Experience in academic environment preferred.
- Experience with other third-party software programs related to
desktop publishing and/or room scheduling desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service
