Meet Our Team: The Internal Communications team is responsible for engaging Pega’s 5,500 and growing employee base in driving forward our vision of changing the way the world builds software. Small but growing, we work closely with our Corporate Communications colleagues in the U.S. and UK to inform and influence staff on Pega’s strategy, vision, people, products, and culture.

Picture Yourself at Pega: You will work across teams with stakeholders in several business functions to create employee communications that inform and inspire Pega staff globally. You will advise business leaders on effective communications strategies and ensure the company’s communications are crisp and compelling.

What You'll Do at Pega: Support the communication of major company initiatives to ensure employees understand and embrace Pega’s vision, strategy, and culture

Provide strategic counsel to several functional teams, including assisting leaders with internal communications activities such ongoing function-specific communications and team meetings

Ensure the creation of concise, engaging employee communications in a timely and effective manner by collaborating on, writing, and editing internal emails, presentations, and intranet content

Facilitate cross-function and bidirectional communications by collaborating with communications colleagues and Corporate Communications

Who You Are: A great communicator with outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including demonstrated ability to create and edit different types of content (corporate presentations, internal communications, and intranet information)

A team player with the ability to work calmly, maintain good judgment, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, deadline-driven, highly organized individual contributor who can independently manage multiple tasks from start to finish

An advisor who is not afraid of strong personalities and knows how to respectfully push back

What You've Accomplished: 8+ years professional, progressive experience in internal/corporate communications in-house or in an agency setting

Proven experience working in a matrixed, multi-cultural, global technology organization

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications

The ability to work across functional and regional boundaries
