Working cross divisionally and with ourexternal partners the PMO
Program Manager is responsible for the overallcoordination and
management of our pharma projects which include bioassayvalidation
programs and include appropriate validation and documentation
ofbioassays and laboratory testing services in support of a
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing bioassay validationprograms toensure that all
project deliverables meet the partner’s
Workwith bioassay development team to develop validation plans,
budgets andtimelines in support of business development
Identifyand evaluate fundamental issues with program, resolve
issues through interactionwith both internal and external
stakeholders and make good business decisionsin close cooperation
with relevant stakeholders.
Draft, review and obtain input ondeliverables and report the
information to program partner
Organize joint steering committees andregular exchanges with
operations,regulatory, compliance and legal.
Work with finance team to forecastrevenue expectations quarterly
for all bioassay validation programs
BA/BS with a minimumwith 5+ years’ relevant experience in
pharma, diagnostic or life sciencesprogram management (an
equivalent combination of experience and education maybe
Proven understanding and experience of working withinclinical
assay development or support services and/or clinical
operations,experience in business development in pharma is a
Solid understanding of how to craft and manage a
General understanding of regulatory filing requirements forLDTs
and CDx in support of investigational therapies
Team player with great interpersonal skills and experiencewith
leading, liaising and coordinating cross functional project
Displays effective communication skills with a wide range
Travel Requirements : 30% Domestic and International travel
