Senior Director, Technical Leadership Development Cambridge,
The life sciences are in the midst of a data revolution. Cheap
and accurate genome sequencing is a reality, high-resolution
imaging is becoming routine, and clinical data is increasingly
stored in machine-readable formats. These breakthroughs have
brought us to the threshold of a new era in biomedicine, one where
the data sciences hold the potential to propel our understanding
and treatment of human disease.
The Broad Institute’s Data Sciences Platform sits at the center
of this transformation. We are a rapidly growing
cross-functional team of product managers, software engineers and
data scientists committed to agile development practices. We work
directly with consumers in health communities, researchers using
our software tools to make scientific breakthroughs, and partnering
organizations developing and integrating new technologies into our
Our team is charged with building a suite of sophisticated
software products to serve both the Institute and the world. We

of Us Cohort Program and the Human Cell Atlas , and we collaborate
with world-leading technology corporations, philanthropic
organizations, and pharmaceutical companies. As the leading
organization at the intersection of the life sciences and data
sciences, these applications are used by thousands of researchers
across the globe, processing petabytes of data, and regularly
consuming millions of core-hours in a week.
We are seeking a senior coach, advisor and partnership manager
who will help our leadership team get to the next level of
excellence by driving leadership development, improving
collaborative processes, and driving successful partnerships both

this new role will focus on expanding on the number and type of
partnerships we have, take a leading role in representing Broad and
DSP in these partnerships, and improve existing partnerships by
helping shape their strategy and collaborations.
No medical, genomics, or scientific background is required, just
a desire to be part of a mission led organization, an enthusiasm to
transform the world of medicine, and the ability to lead, coach,
mentor and partner. Come be part of an incredible mission to help
us chart this new course in biomedical research.
