Multiple Openings. Manager (U.S. Marketing/Customer File
Remarketing) for Wayfair LLC in Boston, MA. Synthesize and develop strategy from multiple viewpoints including customer
acquisition, customer retention, and brand development; manage a team of analysts in optimizing a
multimillion dollar marketing channel to meet ROI goals and grow the business; assume ownership over the channel, including
overall strategy, campaign execution, and revenue growth; develop strategy for priority initiatives, define core
KPIs, and lead implementation to drive step change improvements in performance; partner with Data Science and
Engineering teams for product and ad tech development and management, and collaborate on continuous
process improvements for marketing efforts; analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and facilitate
opportunities for improvement; monitor campaign performance and react to deviations from plan quickly and strategically; and
establish rigorous test-and learn methodology to achieve desired results; utilize web analytic tools to analyze
and optimize advertising campaign performance; optimize campaigns rigorously to maximize profit; and identify and test
new ways to profitably acquire re-engage customers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics,
Economics, Finance or related analytical field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of
experience performing data analysis to inform and implement process improvements. One year of experience must
include: Identifying operational process improvement opportunities and driving concurrent improvements in people,
process and technology; Creating strategic roadmaps for growth and managing implementation against deadlines and
milestones, and leading executive-level communications with multiple stakeholders regarding strategic
vision alignment and project status updates; Leading cross functional teams of creative and copy throughout the
strategic growth initiative development process; Developing business case strategy for product development,
including defining business goals, creating execution steps, and analyzing business return; Reporting on business case
analysis and revenue analysis using Excel, and developing presentations using Visio and PowerPoint; Running SQL
queries to extract data from large data sets; Interfacing with cross-functional teams including, data
scientists, product managers, and QA teams; Performing experimental design and hypothesis testing including A/B testing
and multivariate testing (MVT); Using historical data to predict target markets, customer segments, messaging and
spending; and Evaluating predictive models including ROI analysis and back testing on historical data for evaluating
